Deco-Pour was invented in 1999 by Jim Harvey, a resident of Snohomish Washington. Jim has been in the concrete restoration business since 1987 when he formed Harvey Construction. Harvey Construction has continually increased sales since its conception and has a proven and well respected reputation in the construction industry. Jim is called on quite often as a consultant on concrete and related flooring matters.

Jim invented an installation process in conjunction with the use of specific ingredients to produce a revolutionary terrazzo system that allows architects more flexibility with designs and contractors the ability to condnse their install schedule. This allows end users to dramatically reduce the downtime to thier clients. Jim is in charge of all research and development for Deco-Pour and can be available as an on site technician during installs.
